Do you know how the sand making machine processes stone?

The sand making machine is a special machine for producing sand and stone for construction. It is a device for finely crushing materials to a particle size of 5 mm or less. The sand has a uniform plasmid degree and high compressive strength, which is more in line with the requirements of high standard construction sand than natural sand. In the engineering field, it is an ideal production equipment for machine sand, cushion material, asphalt concrete and cement concrete aggregate. So how do you know how to make stone?

The sand making machine utilizes the principle of “stone-rocking”, which is to let the stone collide with the stones that are accelerated by the impeller during the natural falling process, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the stone that is accelerated and collides with the falling stone, it forms a vortex, and in the process of returning, it is broken twice, so the wear of the machine counterattack during operation is very small.

The stone material falls directly from the upper part of the sand making machine into the high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the impact block which is shunted around the turntable in another part of the sanding machine produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing. The stone is hitting each other. After that, a vortex motion is formed between the turntable and the casing to cause multiple collisions, friction, crushing, and breaking up to the required particle size.

A piece of material is subjected to two or even multiple chances of impact, friction and grinding and crushing in the vortex crushing chamber. The broken material is discharged from the lower discharge opening. It forms a closed circuit with the circulating screening system. Generally, the material can be broken into 20 mesh or less after three cycles.

During the whole crushing process, the materials are crushed and broken by themselves, and are not in direct contact with the metal components, but are impacted, rubbed and pulverized with the material lining, which reduces the angular pollution and prolongs the mechanical wear time. The ingenious airflow inside the vortex chamber self-circulates, eliminating dust pollution.
