Pyrophyllite processing technology

The large piece of pyrophyllite is crushed by the crusher to the incoming fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.

The crushed small piece of leavet stone is sent to the silo by the hoist, and then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the mill grinding chamber by the vibrating feeder for grinding.

Fine powder processing can be selected with LM vertical mill, MTW European version of mill, 5X European version of intelligent mill; ultra-fine powder processing generally uses LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, MW ring roller micro-grinding machine, coarse powder processing using CM European coarse grinding, straight-through centrifugal grinding.

The ground pyrophyllite powder is classified by a powder separator, and the unqualified powder is classified by a classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding.

The fine powder conforms to the airflow and enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection.
