2. Strong magnetic separation: Manganese mineral is a weak magnetic mineral. It can be recovered in a high-magnetic-field magnetic separator with a magnetic field intensity of Ho = 800 ~ 1600kA / m (10000 ~ 20000oe), which can generally improve the manganese grade by 4% ~ 10%.

Because of the simple operation, easy control and strong adaptability of the manganese magnetic separation process, it can be used for various manganese ore beneficiation. In recent years, it has dominated the manganese ore beneficiation. Various new types of coarse, medium and fine magnetic separators have been successfully developed. 3. Strong magnetic-flotation: At present, the strong magnetic-flotation process is mainly manganese carbonate-based low-manganese, low-phosphorus, and high-iron-manganese ore. The separator and flotation machine are mainly mechanical stirring flotation machines. After many years of production tests, the process has been successfully tested and applied in production, marking a major step forward in China's manganese ore beneficiation technology.
