Coal is mainly composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus. It is a very important energy source and an important raw material for metallurgical and chemical industries. Coal is mainly used in power generation, steel, cement, fertilizer, oil production and other fields. Coal can be divided into lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite, and semi-anthracite.

Ore name: coal

Hardness: 3

Ingredients: plant remains

Location: one of the main energy sources

Domain: Energy

Properties: solid combustible organic rock

Coal processing production process

The processing of coal is mainly divided into the following several processes according to the different particle size of the processing: block coal processing, 100-200 mesh pulverized coal processing, and ultra-fine coal powder processing. The following mainly introduces the 100-200 mesh pulverized coal processing process.

1. The large piece of coal is first crushed by a small jaw crusher or counter-breaking to the size of the mill.

2. After the crushing, the material with the appropriate particle size is sent to the European version of the T-mill or medium-speed T-mill, LM mill and other coal milling equipment.

3. The coal granules are ground in the mill, graded, the qualified powder is collected after passing through the classifier, and the unqualified powder is re-ground.

4. Packaging and storage of finished materials

Required equipment

According to the process used, the processing of coal can be equipped with the following milling equipment: European version of high-efficiency crushing mill, MTM series, MTW series, vertical mill LM series and SCM series ultra-fine mill.

Main use of coal

The use of coal is very broad and summarizes two main uses according to its use: (1) thermal coal (2) coking coal

First, the main uses of thermal coal are:

Second, the main uses of coking coal are

Although China has abundant coal resources, coking coal resources are relatively small. Coking coal reserves only account for 27.65% of China's total coal reserves, and are mostly used for steelmaking. It is the main raw material for the production of steel and other industries.
